Your website is yours. You can download the text, the images and the details whenever you like (on every plan, the free one included) either as a backup or as a package a developer can work from. The software that displays the website is ours and does not come along, but everything you have written and uploaded does.
How AI credits work
One credit is roughly one AI action. Text costs least, images most. The price is written next to the button before you press it, together with what you have left.

Editing it yourself is always free
Only the AI help spends credits. If they run out you can carry on changing text and images by hand, exactly as before.
New credits every month
Your balance is topped back up to the plan's level each month. It does not stack month on month, and a balance above the plan's level is never lowered.
Top up whenever you want
99 kr for 250 credits, with no volume discount to work out. Bought credits never expire, and nothing is charged automatically unless you switch on automatic top-up yourself.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Cancel directly in your account settings, no questions asked. Your website stays active until the end of the period.
No. There is no intro price that jumps at renewal. The price you see is the price that renews. If we ever change a price you get at least 30 days' notice, and your current period is unaffected. One exception: the web address is free for the first year with annual billing and then renews yearly at the registration price, which you see before you buy.
We accept card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and local payment methods.
Yes. Upgrades can start immediately. Downgrades normally take effect from the next billing period. You see the price and start date before confirming.
Your website stays up. If you connected your own web address, it keeps working. What you stop paying for (AI help, bookings, payments) stops at the end of the period, but the website is not switched off and nothing is deleted. You can always download everything via Settings.
No. No VAT is added. The seller is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay, in every currency.
No. You describe your business in your own words and the AI builds the website. After that you change text and images by clicking on them. No code, no plugins, nothing to update.
Yes. Paste the address of your current website and we pull in the text and images and rebuild it here. You see the result before you pay anything.
Nothing happens to your website. It stays up and you can keep changing text and images by hand, which never costs credits. Each month your balance is topped up to your monthly allowance, and you can buy more before then if you need them.
Yes, from Pro upwards. Each website has its own address, content and stats, and you switch between them in the same login. The table above says how many are included.
Yes, on every plan including the free one. Write to us and a human answers by the next business day at the latest. If you would rather not do it yourself, we build the website for you for a fixed fee.
We don't switch your website off, and we never delete your content. It stays online, your requests and images stay put, and we get in touch so you can update your card without stress. One exception: a web address we bought for you has to be paid for to be renewed with the registrar. We warn you well before the final date.
