Vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping clear surfaces, the kitchen including hob and sink, and the bathroom including basin, toilet and shower. Window cleaning, the oven and the inside of cupboards sit outside that and are ordered separately.

A move-out clean sits higher than a weekly one because the whole home is done thoroughly, and a household-services tax deduction may affect what you pay – the tax authority decides whether it applies to you.
