I have never trained before – is this for me?

A first session is about learning the technique with a light load, not about pushing hard. The exercises are picked for what the body handles today, and the weight goes up only once the movement is solid.

What decides what I pay?

What you pay depends on the format: personal training sits higher per session than a group class, and a longer membership sits lower per session than paying visit by visit. The term and how to cancel are set out in the conditions.

What should I bring to my first session?

Training clothes, indoor shoes and a bottle of water are enough for a first session. Come a few minutes early so we can show you where the changing rooms and the machines are.

How often do I need to train to notice a difference?

Two or three sessions a week is the usual pattern for building strength without starving the body of recovery – regularity matters more than the length of each session. Get in touch and we will lay out a week you can keep to.
