Here are the answers to what we are most often asked.
Vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping clear surfaces, the kitchen including hob and sink, and the bathroom including basin, toilet and shower. Window cleaning, the oven and the inside of cupboards sit outside that and are ordered separately.
The whole home is done thoroughly: the kitchen with oven, hob, extractor fan and the fridge and freezer pulled out, the bathroom with tiles, drains and washing machine, and wardrobes and cupboards on the inside. Windows are cleaned on both sides, skirting boards and doors are wiped down, and the floors are done last once everything else is finished.
The price is driven by the size of the home, how often we come and whether it is a recurring clean or a one-off. A move-out clean sits higher than a weekly one because the whole home is done thoroughly, and a household-services tax deduction may affect what you pay – the tax authority decides whether it applies to you.
No. Most customers leave a key or a door code and the cleaning happens while they are at work. If you would rather be at home, that works just as well.
