What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching starts from a goal ahead – what you want to achieve and which steps get you there. If it is instead about processing something that happened or about mental ill health, therapy is the right route, and we say so.
What decides what it costs?
The price depends on whether you go one to one or in a group, and on how many meetings the plan contains. A programme with several meetings sits lower per meeting than single sessions.
What is expected of me between meetings?
After each meeting you have one or two concrete things to do before the next – that is where the change actually happens. If they turn out to be impossible, that in itself is material we work on.
How long is a typical plan?
Most people go for a number of meetings a few weeks apart, so there is time to try what you agreed in between. Get in touch with what you want to achieve and a length that fits the goal is proposed.
