What do you need to know to price the job?

We need to know what is to be done, the area or the number of units, and whether there are photos or drawings. With that we can come out, measure and price against something real instead of a guess.

What decides the price?

The price is driven by the choice of materials, the condition of the surface and how much has to come out before the new work can start. We price your job and spell out what is included.

Do I need planning permission?

It depends on what is being built: a low deck close to the ground is usually exempt, while an extension or a changed layout needs notification or permission from the municipality. We say which applies to your case and prepare the paperwork.

Can you take the whole job, electrics and plumbing too?

We do the carpentry ourselves and coordinate the electrics and plumbing with the trades involved, so you have one contact throughout. Get in touch with what needs doing and we will say which parts are included.
