No, you can book with us directly without a referral. If you do have a referral or X-ray images, bring them – they change how the treatment is planned.
What decides what a visit costs?
A first visit is longer than a follow-up because the assessment is included, and that difference is what drives the price. How many visits you need depends on the type of problem and how long you have had it.
What should I wear?
Bring clothes you can move in – we test movement and strength, and the part of the body involved needs to be accessible. Shorts and a t-shirt work for most problems.
Does exercising help when it hurts?
The right dose of movement is usually part of the treatment, even when it aches – the load is meant to be steered, not avoided altogether. The level is set from your assessment, and get in touch if the exercises feel wrong so we can adjust them.
