What should I know before a colour?

Colour takes differently on hair that is already coloured, so we look at the hair and run a test before settling on a shade. Bring a picture of the result you are after.

What decides the price of a haircut?

The price is driven by hair length, how much is coming off and whether colour or a treatment is part of the same visit. Say what you want done and we work it out for your hair.

Do I need to have been here before?

No. We start by looking at the hair and talking through what you want, whether it is your first visit or not.

What if I am not happy with the result?

Say so in the chair or as soon as you notice – tone and length can often be adjusted afterwards, while a colour needs a few days before it can be worked on again. Get in touch and we will book a time for it.
